Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy John-117, is a SPARTAN-II of the UNSC Naval Special Warfare Group. With almost 30 years of active duty, he is one of the most decorated soldiers in the UNSC Navy.

Appears to be a highly advanced race, wonder if I should make them the male versions of Species 025, that'd be cool . But, since you can't make different male and female versions of the same creature in Spore in-game that'd be kinda dumb. Guess I was inspired by BioShock and HALO for this one :)
